Our aim is to provide you with services which resolve, contain and avoid disputes. As well as offering a formal mediation service, we work proactively with employers through training and facilitation to address issues and improve staff morale and employee retention, reducing recruitment costs and increasing staff productivity. 


We firmly believe that early intervention and positive engagement prevent disputes escalating, avoiding the heightened costs and protracted anxieties of formal litigation.

Dr. Shafi Fazaluddin is a qualified mediator, accredited by Phoenix Dispute Solutions Ltd (PDSL) and the Civil Mediation Council (CMC). He previously worked for approximately 15 years in the City of London, as an Executive Director and Senior Counsel at Goldman Sachs and as a Solicitor at Clifford Chance. Dr. Fazaluddin is an academic spe

Dr. Shafi Fazaluddin is a qualified mediator, accredited by Phoenix Dispute Solutions Ltd (PDSL) and the Civil Mediation Council (CMC). He previously worked for approximately 15 years in the City of London, as an Executive Director and Senior Counsel at Goldman Sachs and as a Solicitor at Clifford Chance. Dr. Fazaluddin is an academic specialising in dispute resolution and a published author in the field. He is also a former Senior Teaching Fellow at SOAS, University of London. He is a long-standing Diversity champion and the Chair of Governors at a local primary school.
